Erin Harvey

VP Recruitment

Erin is a member of the Texas McCombs MBA Class of 2023 with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Private Equity. In addition to serving as a Vice President of Recruitment for Venture Fellows, Erin serves as a non-voting board member of the Thinkery as part of the McCombs Board Fellows program. Additionally, Erin is an active member of the Graduate Business Adventure Team and Soccer Club.

Prior to McCombs, Erin spent the majority of her pre-MBA work experience as a management consultant at Deloitte, working mostly on growth strategy and M&A integration planning projects. She also worked at Facebook as a financial analyst, focusing on the enterprise-wide segmentation and performance management of Facebook's service suppliers.

Erin graduated Cum Laude from Washington and Lee University in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
