Charles Alcorn

VP Curriculum

Charles is a member of the McCombs MBA Class of 2026, concentrating his studies on Private Equity Finance and Investment Management.

In addition to serving as VP of Curriculum for Venture Fellows, he is an executive member of the Texas Energy Finance Group, and a member of the Graduate Real Estate Society.

Prior to McCombs, Charles was an acquisitions associate for LURIN Advisors, a vertically integrated real estate redevelopment company specializing in acquiring and transforming distressed and stressed workforce multifamily housing in path-of-progress markets. Prior to LURIN, he worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management where he focused on Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) Asset Management and Originations.

Charles is originally from Houston, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in economics.
