Ashley Copp

VP Curriculum

Ashley is a member of the Texas-McCombs MBA Class of 2021, concentrating her studies in private equity, entrepreneurship, and corporate finance. In addition to serving as Vice President of Curriculum for Venture Fellows, Ashley is Co-Vice President of Professional Development for the Graduate Women in Business, and an active member of the Graduate Finance Association and the Graduate Business Adventure Team. Ashley will also be serving as a 2021 Board Fellow to collaborate with local nonprofits and drive impact in the Austin community.

Prior to McCombs, Ashley worked for Weatherly Asset Management as a wealth management advisor and a partner where she focused on business strategy development and investment analysis. Ashley prioritized the client experience, partnering with high net worth individuals to realize their unique financial goals. Ashley is passionate about transformation within education, technology, and renewable energy and she is excited to be interning with CapStream Group.

Ashley completed her undergraduate studies at Pepperdine University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. In addition, she became a Chartered Financial Analyst Charterholder in 2014.
